In this made-for-cable movie, Casper Van Dien is Tom Merrick, a burned out TV reporter now working for a supermarket tabloid, who discovers that a tourist from the future is visiting disasters in the past and the present. Along with a researcher from the paper (Catherine Bell), he sets out to prevent disasters from occurring, while being chased by FBI agents and two operatives from the future trying to set things "right."
